HACHI

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of HACHI, operated by Zhenyu Zhong in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By using HACHI you agree to them.

The service

HACHI brings your chats and email into one inbox and lets you hand messages to an AI agent you choose. HACHI is in early access (beta). Features may change, break or be removed, and access may be limited, for example to the first 100 Gmail users.

Your account and third-party services

Agents and approvals

Agents can make mistakes. HACHI is designed so that nothing is sent on your behalf until you approve it. You are responsible for the messages you approve and send.

Acceptable use

Do not use HACHI to send spam, harass people, break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service or other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your messages stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Open source

The HACHI connector is open source under the MIT License. That license governs the connector's code; these terms govern the hosted service.

Disclaimer and liability

HACHI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost messages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (zero during the free beta).

Ending use

You can stop using HACHI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend the service or your access, with notice where reasonable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: hello@hachi.im.
